Director / Associate Partner Quantity Surveying – London

We are seeking expressions of interest for a potential Director / Partner role in London .

Our client are a thriving cost consultancy with offices in Ireland, who are seeking to grow a London office. They have the office, they are just looking for the right person who is seeking to Build a London team for this Cost Consultancy

Director/ Associate Partner – Quantity Surveying – London

Stafford Lawrence would be interested to hear from Director Level or Associate Partner Level Cost Consulting professionals based in the London area.

This would be the ideal role for someone who wants to create their own destiny and grow a London consultancy. Perhaps you are working for one of the larger organisations such as Turner and Townsend or AECOM and are looking for the next rung on the ladder, but dont wish to set up on your own.

You will be fully supported, but you will need to know the London market, and have strong Business Development experience as well as the ability to grow a team in London

• The role will require extensive experience of Business Development for Quantity Surveying in London.
• You will be experienced in building and mentoring a team of Quantity Surveyors for the London office.
• Some delivery experience will also be an advantage, but the role is focused on work winning in the area initially.

This role offers real opportunity for Equity Partnership for this respected consultancy. So we are seeking someone with gravitas and the ability and experience to lead from the front, develop teams and bring in clients.

We do appreciate that someone at this level will have long restrictive covenants, this is to be expected and will be taken into account.

Requirements:

Degree Qualified in a construction related Qualification, ideally Quantity Surveying

MRICS Chartered Status will be expected for someone at this level

Strong Business Development and proven work winning experience

A Six figure basic salary, (to be discussed in more detail) plus a considerable profit share
