Associate – Cost Consultancy

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000, Based on Experience

Stafford Lawrence is recruiting for an Associate Cost/ Quantity Surveying professional for a job vacancy with a well-known Cost Consultancy in their Birmingham West Midlands office. The current vacancy is due to the company’s continued growth. Our client is recruiting an Associate Cost Consultancy professional with experience in mixed-use, Commercial, Residential, and Education projects.

Requirements- Associate Cost Consultant job Vacancy in Birmingham

  • Professional Status-MRICS – Chartered Status is a preferred requirement for this senior-level role. Our client will consider candidates who are currently working towards APC.
  • Qualifications -A Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
  • Background – In addition, experience with a Cost Consultancy organisation in the UK. Our client is open to candidates who wish to relocate from another part of the UK to the Birmingham area, as well as candidates already based in the area.
  • Sector Experience -Our client is involved in Industrial, Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Leisure and Entertainment, Retail, and Education. Pre and Post Contract.
  • General Experience -The ability to manage your projects and clients and work as part of a team. Some experience mentoring less experienced members of the team
  • Reporting– The role will report to the Director of the Birmingham office.

Salary & Benefits for the Associate Birmingham, Cost Consultancy Quantity Surveying

This is a permanent full-time position based in Birmingham, West Midlands UK.

Salary Package – £65,000 – £75,000 per annum. There is some flexibility around the banding provided by our client 

In addition:

Bonus – Discretionary Bonus

Other Benefits: Paid professional subscription, in addition to other company social and benefit schemes, holiday allowance
