MRICS Chartered Associate Director/ Commercial Manager  KSA – Trojena Project

We are seeking to recruit for our Tier 1 World Class Consultancy Client an MRICS Associate Director Cost Consultancy or Associate Director of Quantity Surveying for a position in a remote location on the Tojena project in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia. This job vacancy is asking for Residential and Hospitality project experience.

Requirements for this job vacancy of Associate Director Cost Residential and Hospitality

Above all this job vacancy specifically requires an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor, so you must have MRICS or FRICS with a Quantity Surveying route.

  • Stafford Lawrence is seeking an Associate Director or Director level candidate for this job vacancy on the Trojena Project. So, you must have experience working with a Construction Cost Consultancy in a Director or Associate Director position.
  • This job vacancy is for a Team leader, someone who is skilled in a Client-facing position, with business acumen, and a candidate who is confident and technically knowledgeable.
  • Previous Middle East experience is highly desirable for this position. Our candidate will consider candidates without Middle East experience as long as you meet all other requirements.
  • Candidates must have Associate Director level experience with a PQS Consultancy or client-side organisation. We cannot consider candidates with a Main Contractor background for these positions.
  • MRICS Chartered Status. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – Quantity Surveying. Please do not apply for this job vacancy if you do not have MRICS Chartered Status as it is a MANDATORY requirement for this job vacancy.
  • You will have at least  Circa 15+ years post qualification(post-degree) experience as a Quantity Surveyor for this vacancy. Post-degree years are counted from the date you completed your BSc Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management Degree.

  • We are specifically seeking candidates with very strong Pre and post-contract experience for Residential and Hospitality projects.
