Stafford Lawrence is recruiting for an Associate Cost Consultant Quantity Surveying professional for a job vacancy with a well-known Cost Consultancy in their Central London office. The current vacancy is due to the company’s continued growth. Our client is recruiting an Associate Cost Consultancy professional with experience in mixed-use, Commercial, Residential, and Education projects.

This is a mid sized organisation so unlike the larger organisations where you are likely to remain project based, they would like a candidate  who is happy to lead on projects as well as to get involved with business development and assisting with growing the team.

Requirements for the Associate Cost Consultant London

  • Professional Status-MRICS – Chartered Status is a preferred requirement for this senior-level role. Our client will consider candidates who are currently working towards APC.
  • Qualifications -A Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
  • Background – In addition, experience with a Cost Consultancy organisation in the UK. Our client is open to candidates who wish to relocate from another part of the UK to the London area, as well as candidates already based in the area.
  • Sector Experience -Our client is involved in Industrial, Commercial, Mixed Use, Residential, Leisure and Entertainment, Retail, and Education. Pre and Post Contract.
  • General Experience -The ability to manage your projects and clients and work as part of a team. Some experience mentoring less experienced members of the team
  • Reporting– The role will report to the Director of the London office.

Salary & Benefits for the Associate Cost Consultant London

This is a permanent full-time position based in Central London

Salary Package – £68,000 – £80,000+ per annum. There is some flexibility around the banding provided by our client
