Associate Pre Contract

Stafford Lawrence Ltd are seeking to recruit an MRICS Associate Director Level Pre Contract Expert for a well known Consultancy for their offices in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in the Middle East.

This is a new role and will work alongside the Head of Cost and the Senior Associate to deliver pre contract services across a number of projects.

Requirements- MRICS Pre Contract Expert- Associate Level

Above all this position specifically requires an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor, so you must have MRICS or FRICS Quantity Surveying route

• Above all, We are seeking candidates with Strong Pre contract experience for this position, in effect a Pre contract Expert.
• The ideal candidate will have experience working with a well known Tier 1 Construction Cost Consultancy in A Director or Associate Director position. Candidates must have Associate Director level experience with a Cost Consultancy organisation. We cannot consider candidates with a Main Contractor background for these roles.
• The role will be based in (KSA) Riyadh Saudi Arabia in the Middle East. NO previous middle east experience required for this role, so we invite candidates at AD level in the UK to apply.
• Chartered status is a requirements for this position MRICS Chartered Status. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – Quantity Surveying. Please do not apply for this role if you do not have MRICS Chartered Status.
• A degree qualification in a Construction related subject such as Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or Civil Engineering.
• Circa 15 Years of experience is required for this position, the majority of your experience must be pre contract duties. Cost Planning, Estimating, Value Engineering, Feasibility, Tender documents, Procurement, Interpreting cost plans from Drawings.
• The ideal candidate will have a mix of Project experience as well as some business development and team management experience.

Salary & Benefits for this job vacancy in Saudi Arabia

An excellent total package salary is available for this Associate Director Pre Contract Expert in Saudi Arabia.

WORKING WEEK: 5 Day week

The salary banding for our client is 60,000SAR per month total package. Our client can be slightly negotiable for the right person.

• In addition, Medical cover is provided on top of the total package
• Bonus as per Saudi Law
• Mobilisation and demobilisation flights.
