KSA has a 2030 vision with huge plans for investment and growth.

What does that mean for construction in Saudi Arabia?

Great things ! The 2030 vision will plan for growth of entertainment and heritage sites, in addition education and infrastructure project. The plan is to make the Kingdom much more accessible, not only for religious pilgrimage but for education and leisure and tourism from around the globe.

These plans are truly amazing, here are just a few construction projects planned:

NEOM a planned cross-border city in the Tabuk Province of northwestern KSA. They plan for it to incorporate smart city technologies and also function as a tourist destination.

The word AMAALA is derived from the Arabic word for ‘Hope’. They describe the project as an extra-luxurious tourism destination.

The Red Sea Project is another Leisure / Tourism gigaproject. They have announced that Amaala and the Red Sea Project will likely merge.
