Salary: $200,000 -$300,000 Plus Executive Package ( see below)

Chief Executive Officer CEO Central Asia. Our client is a healthcare provider specialising in the Construction and Management of state-of-the-art Hospitals and Healthcare facilities worldwide. This position is for someone with experience in the Operations and Senior level management of a Hospital. The role reports to the Board of Directors and will oversee a Team of 3-5 Senior Level Managers.

Role and Requirements for the CEO Hospital /Medical Facility- Central Asia

Oversee operations of all departments: healthcare services, finance, human resources, facility operations, and others.
Develop, implement, and evaluate the organisation’s business strategies.
Ensure compliance with healthcare, financial, and staffing laws and regulations.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders: board members, staff, patients, and community leaders.
Evaluate financial performance areas for revenue growth.
Communicate the organizational mission clearly and build strategic partnerships.
Hire and manage senior-level executives aligned with organizational values.
Stay up-to-date on trends: attend conferences, network with peers, and review industry publications.

Financial performance. [Utilizes financial and analytical skills to lead, monitor, and take actions that ensure the hospital’s financial stability and long-term success]
Community relations. [Fosters strong community relations and develops collaborative partnerships that advance the interests of the organization and contribute to the health and well-being of the community served]
Board relations. [Manages the functions of the hospital in accordance with the direction set by the board of directors/trustees. Informs and advises the board of directors/trustees on matters that influence and impact hospital performance]
Human resources. [Provides leadership that aligns and challenges the workforce, inspires loyalty and promotes fulfilment of the hospital’s mission, vision and values
Regulatory compliance. [Ensures legal, regulatory and accrediting compliance and represents the hospital in relationships with local, state and governing agencies]

Qualification Requirements for the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Hospital/ Healthcare Facility Asia

Proven experience as a CEO at a similar-sized medical facility
Plus Over 10 years of experience in hospital management
Degree Qualified in a relevant subject, higher qualifications such as a Masters is also highly desirable.
Plus Healthcare management professional certificates or equivalent
Exceptional communication skills and Analytical thinking

Salary & Benefits for the CEO Hospital /Medical Facility – Central Asia

An excellent basic salary of $200,000- $300,000 based on years of experience as a CEO of a Hospital
