Cost & Estimation Manager – Hospitals and Healthcare Projects

Salary: 55,000-57,000 SAR Per Month Total Package

Stafford Lawrence Ltd Construction & Engineering Recruitment are seeking a Cost and Estimation Manager for a Leading PMO organisation in Saudi Arabia. This position will be based in Riyadh at our client’s offices and on-site with their end client.
Requirements for the Estimation and Cost Manager
This position requires MRICS. A Chartered Member of MRICS is a requirement. Please only apply to this vacancy if you are a fully Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Quantity Surveyors as we cannot accept candidates without this. We cannot accept AssocRICS candidates who are currently pursuing APC.
Please Note: ALL requirements below MUST be met. Not just one requirement
- A minimum of 12 -15 years post-degree experience in cost control and estimating for large-scale projects.
- MRICS Chartered Status.
- A degree qualification in a Construction-related subject, such as Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management or Engineering. A 3 or 4-year degree BSc from a recognised University.
- Previous experience in the Middle East GCC countries (circa 5 years) as a Cost Manager is highly desirable.
- Experience with a PMO or International Consultancy organisation
- Very strong Estimating and Pre Contract experience in Healthcare or Hospital Projects
- Previous experience working with the delivery of strategic portfolio management for a PMO organisation.
- Conversant with Aconex, SharePoint and the Microsoft Office Suite of software.
- Fluent English language skills are also a requirement. Skilled in verbal and written communication.
Role of the Estimation and Cost Manager
- Experience in performing, monitoring, and reviewing cost engineering functions.
- Cost estimating, cost control, financial reporting, and cost analysis, in the field and the home office.
- Supervise, personnel and train technical and non-technical personnel.
- Plan, organize, direct, perform, review, and present cost engineering and cost estimating products.
- Plan and schedule independently with minimal supervision using a high level of professional judgment and knowledge related to technical planning and scheduling skills and engineering design and construction practices.
- The ability to utilise your knowledge of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup work processes.
Salary and Benefits for the Cost and Estimation Manager
This is a full-time permanent job vacancy based in Riyadh, KSA, based in the office with client site visits.
- A total package salary (tax-free) of 47-57,000 SAR, in addition to a salary you will also receive the following.
