Cost and Commercial Director

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

We are recruiting a Senior Level Chartered MRICS professional for this Director of Cost position in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. This position requires previous Middle East experience with a Tier 1 Consultancy or Engineering Consultancy in a Director Level position. The vacancy will be a full-time permanent placement with a well-known Top Tier Construction and Engineering Consultancy. This is a retained search and initially, we are seeking initial expressions of interest. 

Requirements for the Director of Cost, Riyadh KSA

  • A BSc degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
  • MRICS Chartered Status. A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ( quantity surveying route)
  • Extensive experience as a Cost professional with a current Director level title with a Tier 1 cost consultancy or Engineering Consultancy organisation
  • No less than 17-20 + years of experience some of which must be in the GCC/ Middle East, such as Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Saudi etc..
  • Stafford Lawrence is seeking Director level candidates for this role. So, you should have experience working with a Construction Cost Consultancy or Engineering Consultancy in a Director or Associate Director Cost position. 
  • Experience managing the Cost Function with a well-known Tier 1 organisation

Salary & Benefits- Salary for Director of Cost Saudi Arabia

An excellent total package salary is available for this Director of Cost Job Vacancy Saudi Arabia Middle East job vacancy and will be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Our client is open to salary currently, for someone who meets all requirements.

A basic salary of circa 95,000 – 105,000 SAR per month ( this is open for discussion)
