Role Requirements Dubai MRICS Quantity Surveyor Vacancy

  • Professional Status : MRICS Chartered Status.
  • Qualifications: A Degree Qualification in QUANTITY SURVEYING from a recognised British University.
  • Years of Experience: 5-10 years experience Post Degree ( this must be full time work experience, do not include any part time work whilst at University).
  • Location Experience: Preference for some Middle East or Overseas Experience, although our client will consider candidates without this experience if they have extensive Risk Management experience.
  • Risk Management: Candidates should have excellent experience of Risk Management as a Quantity Surveyor, this is essential for this job vacancy, please detail this experience in your CV.
  • Other experience: Candidates MUST show the majority of their work experience with a Cost Consultancy organisation.
  • Project Experience : Experience of some of the following –Luxury High Rise Residential, Airports, Tunnels Roads or Utility Buildings, Industrial.
  • Preference for Single Status candidates

Salary & Benefits – MRICS Cost Consultant Dubai

  • 28-45000 Dhs per month total package ( If you are not sure what total package means? Check out our blog on Middle East salaries) Please note the higher range salary is for candidates with 10 years experience and previous middle east experience
  • In addition, Medical insurance is provided on top of the package
  • 30 Calendar Days per annum
  • 5 day week, Monday – Friday -7am-4:30pm
  • Mobilisation and Demobilisation flights

Candidates currently in Country (UAE) will be offered a face to face interview. Candidates outside of the UAE will have a 2 stage zoom or Teams interview.
