Refer a construction candidate for one of our live job vacancies in the United Kingdom or Overseas and we can provide the following:

  1. Vouchers: We don’t provide cash incentives as this can be considered unethical, but we can provide vouchers for your favourite store, this could be B&Q, John Lewis, Waitrose, Boots M&S or a variety of shopping outlets, basically any company that has a voucher provision.
  2. Charity Donations: We can make a donation on your behalf to one of two charities. The two charities we are going to support this year are:

How do I refer a candidate to Stafford Lawrence Limited

It’s simple to refer a construction candidate for one of our vacancies.

  1. Provide the details of the referred candidate as well as their permission to pass on their contact information. The candidate must be a new candidate who has not previously ( within the last 12months) been in contact with us.
  2. If that candidate joins our client and completes their probation period, then we will send you Vouchers of your choice or donate to one of the two charities we support and you will be provided with a certificate or confirmation from that Charity

Terms and Conditions / Refer and Earn

  • You must gain permission from the referred candidate to pass on their information.
  • If we fill a permanent vacancy with your referral we can pay you up to a value of £250* in vouchers or the equivalent value can go to one of the charities listed above.
  • Permanent placement. Salary less than £25,000 = £100 referral fee
  • Permanent placement. Salary more than £25,000 = £250 referral fee
  • In addition, please note, We can only pay a maximum of £250 vouchers in a financial tax year. Any further payments would be subject to tax and NI
  • For candidates registered on our database within the last 12 months, no referral bonus will be provided
