Director of  Cost KSA – Middle East Cost Consultancy Vacancies

Stafford Lawrence is seeking to recruit for an MRICS Director of Cost KSA – Quantity Surveying for a position with one of the Best British consultancies in the Middle East. This job vacancy is for the central cost function based in the Head office in Riyadh. This job vacancy does require previous Middle East or Overseas experience. Please read the requirements carefully below.

We are seeking to hire a dynamic leader for this position, with the ability to manage multicultural teams of Cost and Quantity Surveying professionals. We would expect to see someone who has already taken a lead role in the Middle East as an Associate Director of Cost or a Director of cost.

The vacancy requires extensive pre-contract experience, for Buildings Projects ( not civils/infrastructure) as you will be working across all bids and pre-contract clients.

Requirements for the MRICS Director Cost KSA / Director Quantity Surveying 

PLEASE NOTE: ALL of the following 6 requirements MUST be met. Not just one.

  1. MRICS – Chartered Status is a mandatory requirement for this role. ( We cannot accept candidates without MRICS for this senior level vacancy) In addition:
  2. A Degree qualification specifically in Quantity Surveying or commercial management ( We can only accept a 3-year BSc Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management for this vacany)
  3. EXTENSIVE pre-contract experience and a very strong understanding of Bid Management
  4. Solid experience with a Cost Consultancy PQS/ Construction Consultancy or Engineering consultancy organisation at a Senior Level. Ideally Senior, Associate or Director level.
  5. Experience in Buildings Projects, such as Hotels Mixed Use Commercial Leisure, Residential, Healthcare projects.
  6. As well as all of the above, previous experience in the Middle East is a requirement.

PLEASE NOTE: Our client cannot provide a visa for anyone over the age of 60 for Saudi currently.

Salary & Benefits for the MRICS Director KSA vacancies

  • Basic salary – to be discussed on a case-by-case basis
  • Our client will consider a salary range of 80-100,000 SAR  per month total package. This is also very open to negotiation depending upon experience, our client will not rule anyone out. If you are above this range and have all the requirements, please get in contact
