Our client is a leading Multidisciplinary Consultancy practice with offices across the United Kingdom, they are seeking a Senior Cost Consultant for a Job Vacancy in their London offices. This opportunity is for a Consultancy Senior Quantity Surveyor with experience in all or some of the following areas, Mixed Use, Commercial Education or Residential projects. These job vacancies require experience of strong client liaison as part of your role.

Requirements for the Senior Cost Consultant Job Vacancy London

• You will have some consultancy experience in the UK( preference for London) as a Quantity Surveyor with a well-known cost consultancy.
• You will have the ability or the desire to manage your own projects. Some experience mentoring less senior members of the team would be ideal.
• Experience of quantity surveying for a consultancy.
• Experience of a combination of the following sectors such as Mixed Use, Commercial Refurbishment, Residential Healthcare or Civils
• Candidates will have a BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
• MRICS is highly desirable for this Senior Role. They will consider candidates working towards APC
• We are seeking candidates who are located in the London area, or candidates who wish to relocate to London

Salary & Benefits London Senior Cost Consultancy Vacancy

• The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor or Senior Cost Consultant should expect a salary of £55,000 – £67000
