This position is responsible for a single Project or Group of Projects, from inception to completion.
The title Commercial Manager is one used more frequently with contracting organisations. Certain countries, also use the title in Construction Consultancy organisations.
Typically candidates start as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor and progress to Managing Surveyor then on to Commercial Management and then Commercial Director roles.
