- Vouchers: We prefer not to provide cash incentives. We consider this to be unethical, but we can provide vouchers for your favourite store. This means any company that has a voucher scheme. We can purchase a number of Vouchers from different stores up to the value of the percentage fee.(see terms and conditions for fees)
- Charity Donations: We can also make a donation on your behalf to one of two charities listed below. So you can support the environment and help a friend to a great new career. The two charities we would like to support this year are:

How do I refer a candidate for UK or International Construction Job Vacancies?
It’s simple, to refer a construction or engineering candidate for one of our full-time permanent vacancies.
- Provide the details of the referred candidate as well as their permission to pass on their contact information. The candidate must be a new candidate who has not previously (within the last 12 months) been in contact with us, applied to one of our vacancies, or provided a CV.
- The candidate must join our client and complete probation. We will send you Vouchers of your choice, donate to one of the two charities we support, Or donate to a registered charity of your choice. You will be provided with a certificate or confirmation from that Charity.

Terms and Conditions / Refer and Earn. Candidate recruitment referral scheme
- You must ask the permission from the referred candidate to pass on their contact information.
- If we fill a permanent full-time vacancy we can pay you up to a value of £250* in vouchers. Or the equivalent value can go to one of the charities listed above.
- Permanent placement. Salary less than £25,000 = £100 referral fee
- Permanent placement. Salary more than £25,000 = £250 referral fee
- Permanent placement. Salary more than £100,000=£500 referral fee
*In addition, please note, We can only pay a maximum of £250 vouchers in any one financial tax year. Any further payments would be subject to tax and NI.
- For candidates registered on our database within the last 12 months, no referral fee will be provided. The candidate is already registered on our system.
