We are seeking an MRICS Associate Director Cost Consultancy or Associate Director of Quantity Surveying for a permanent position with a world-class Construction Consultancy for a position based in Makkah. KSA

Our clients are one of the premier construction cost consultancies in the Middle East and indeed across the globe. They work in a number of sectors but this job vacancy requires Buildings Projects experience.

Requirements MRICS Associate Director -Quantity Surveying Arabic Speaker

Above all this position specifically requires an MRICS Chartered Quantity Surveyor, so you must have MRICS or FRICS Quantity Surveying route.

Stafford Lawrence is seeking Associate Director level candidates with fluent Arabic language skills for this senior level position. So, you should have experience working with a Construction Cost Consultancy in A Director or Associate Director position. The role will be based in Makkah. Due to the designated status of this area you must be able to enter.
Candidates must have Associate Director level experience with a Consultancy organisation. We cannot consider candidates with a Main Contractor background for these roles.
20+ years of experience. 20 years of experience must be POST Degree Qualification experience, is an essential requirement of this vacancy
Previous Middle East experience is highly desirable for this position, we can consider candidates without this, but you must meet ALL the other requirements.
Chartered status, MRICS Chartered Status. Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – Quantity Surveying. Please do not apply for this role if you do not have MRICS Chartered Status.
It is expected that you will have experience managing large teams of Quantity Surveying professionals. Please detail the team numbers you have been responsible for in your CV.
A degree qualification in Civil Engineering or a 3 year BSc in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management is also an essential requirement for this job vacancy. We cannot accept other degree qualifications. Please also note we cannot accept diploma qualifications.
We are specifically seeking experience in Buildings Projects, Mixed Use, Commercial, Hotels, Residential projects.
In addition, you will have very strong Pre and Post Contract Experience.
This position is urgent, therefore we are seeking someone who can be available in 1 -2 months or possibly sooner.

N.B Preference will be given to candidates who are not currently working for another organisation in this region, due to non poaching agreements. If you are currently working for an organisation on projects in this area we cannot currently consider you for this role.

Salary & Benefits- Salary for the MRICS Associate Director Saudi Arabia

An excellent basic salary is available for this Associate Director Cost Saudi Arabia Job Vacancy.

The salary banding for our client is 65000- 75,000 SAR Total Package PLUS the additional benefits listed below. Our client can be slightly negotiable for the right person
