Quantity Surveyor job vacancy in South London or the City of London. Our client is a top-flight Cost Consultancy / PQS / Quantity Surveying practice with offices in the UK and across the world. They are seeking an Intermediate or Senior Quantity Surveyor with solid Feasibility experience for a position based either in their City office or their South London Office.
SALARY £54-62,000

Requirements for the Intermediate Quantity Surveyor SQS Job Vacancy in London
- The successful candidate will have cost consultancy experience as a Quantity Surveyor / PQS ideally with a well-known Tier 1 cost consultancy organisation. This job vacancy is for a Quantity Surveyor looking to move to a Senior role. Or an established Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for a change of role.
- Candidates should have experience in the UK with a Cost Consultancy and ideally be located in the City of London or South London area, however, our client would also be happy to hear from candidates who wish to relocate to the London area to work with a great consultancy.
- You will have the ability to manage your own projects. Some experience mentoring less senior members of the team would be ideal.
- Strong Feasibility experience would be highly desirable for this job role as this client get involved in a lot of this.
- In addition, the experience of a combination of the following sector projects such as Mixed Use Commercial with large Developers
- Candidates should have a Degree Qualification, either a BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
- MRICS would also be desirable but is not essential as long as you are currently working towards your APC ( Assessment of professional competence)
- UK Nationals or those with a current right to live and work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits for the Cost Consultant job vacancy South London UK Jobs
The successful Quantity Surveyor should expect a salary of £52,000 – £62,000 dependent upon experience in addition to a great basic you will also receive the following excellent benefits
