They work in a number of sectors but this vacancy is specifically for someone with very high-end Luxury, Superprime Residential or previous experience with Palaces. Requirements Senior Commercial Manager Job Vacancy Saudi Arabia

• Candidates should have experience working with a Construction Cost Consultancy in an Associate Director or Senior Commercial Manager position.
• Previous Middle East Cost Consultancy experience is highly desirable for this role. The preference is for someone with previous middle east or overseas experience, HOWEVER if you have extensive COST PLUS contracts experience and meet all the other requirements, our client will also consider you.
• MRICS Chartered Status. Our client will also consider MCIArb Chartered Status. If you are not yet an MRICS Chartered Surveyor you can find out more on the official RICS Website.
• A degree qualification in either Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management, taken at a well-known University. The end client, has stipulated this is also an essential requirement for this job vacancy. We cannot accept candidates with other degree qualifications.
• We are specifically seeking experience in High-End Luxury Hotel, Resort projects.
• Cost PLUS contracts experience is highly desirable for this position. Candidates with this experience will be considered first.
• In addition, you will have very strong Pre Contract Cost Estimating and  Cost Planning Experience
• This role is urgent, therefore we are seeking someone who can be available within 1-2 months or possibly sooner.

Salary & Benefits- Salary for the Senior Commercial Manager job vacancy KSA

An excellent total package salary is available for this Associate Director Cost Saudi Arabia Middle East job vacancy, discussed on a case-by-case basis. Our client are open to salary currently, for someone who meets all requirements. We are seeking someone with the gravitas to liaise with this client at a very senior level and be responsible for this project.

Please note: the client requires a 6 day week. This is not negotiable.

• A Total package* salary of circa 60-65,000SAR per month.
• In addition, Overtime payment for the 6th Day.
• As well as, Visa Costs, Mobilisation and Demobilisation flights
• Bonus as per Saudi Law, in addition to a Discretionary annual company bonus
