Senior Project Manager Design Manager- Construction Jobs in Saudi Arabia KSA

ALL the following requirements MUST be met

1. Above all this position specifically requires a 3 year Degree Qualification in Project Management, Construction Management or an Engineering discipline from a recognised Western University.
2. Full membership of a professional body such as MRICS MCIOB or MAPM or another recognised Chartered Status.
3. For this position our client requires a minimum of 15 years technical experience Post Degree experience in total, from the year you attained your Degree Qualification. Some of this experience must be with a PMC ( Project Management Consultancy)
4. In addition at least 5 years of experience as a Design Manager working on post contract design delivery.
5. Previous Middle East experience is a requirement for this job vacancy. This does not have to be experience in KSA, other middle east locations will be considered such as UAE, Qatar Bahrain, etc.
6. Previous experience on Mixed Use projects comprising leisure and entertainment and residential and infrastructure.
7. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
8. Ability to identify risks and develop mitigation strategies and make decisions under pressure
9. Familiarity with local and regulations related to Design Management and construction.
10. Very strong communication skills and exceptional client liaison experience.
11. The ability to work a 6 day week ( compensation provided for the 6th day, detail below in the salary section)
12. Please note: As per Saudi law, we require an expat who is under the retirement age of 60

Job Description for the Senior Design Project Manager – PMC ( Project Management Consultancy)

• You will be responsible for the overall design management for the Project overseeing all programme deliverables.
• Lead and Deliver the design strategy encouraging timely and effective decisions for the client representative.
• Establish and implement  procedures and design management strategies to measure the design across the program.
• Responsible for developing and managing project budgets schedules and resources effectively and deliver the project to time and to budget.
• Review and approve detailed design programmes and lead the design team.
• Monitor progress against the programme and identify delay and plan to mitigate.
• Manage the process of RFI and TQ ensuring the design team respond in time to support the delivery programme
• Develop and identify Business Development opportunities for the company

Salary & Benefits

An excellent total package salary of 65,000SAR – 75,000SAR. 

Please note this is a 6 day week, which is Mandatory for this very high level client. Candidates will receive a base salary PLUS Overtime for the 6th Day.

As well as the Total package above our client will also provide the following:

• Overtime payment for the 6th day
• In addition, Medical cover is provided on top of the total package
• Bonus as per Saudi
• Mobilisation and demobilisation flights.
• Visa costs
