A BS can have many strings to their bow, from Project Management to Contracts Administration, Dilapidations, Party Wall matters and much more.

Some may specialise in a certain field such as Historical Buildings, Residential, Commercial or Education projects and some will have a mix of experience.

Most will attain a Chartered Status such as MRICS. (Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
